Explore East Vancouver Island coastline, in the spring, when an incredible natural phenomenon occurs: the Pacific herring spawn. The abundance of fish attracts numerous predators such as eagles and sea lions. This is also an ideal time to photograph majestic waterfalls swollen by snowmelt, in the luxuriant rainforest and visit old-growth forests with giant trees covered by moss.
Join me for an intensive and informal photo workshop on the East coast of Vancouver Island. As a local, I know the best places to observe nature in this beautiful region of the Pacific West Coast.
The workshop is designed for participants who wish to improve their technical and artistic skills, in the field: photography in manual mode, key elements of composition and use of light. Constructive criticism of your images and an outline of image processing is provided.
Places limited to 5 participants for a better learning experience.
